Arts-Journalism Shocker! A Theater-Writing Job Opens Up.

In the Chicago Tribune, Chris Jones reports that the departure of theater critic and editor Christopher Piatt from Time Out Chicago is creating a bona-fide staff opening:

Kris Vire, currently a theater writer at the paper, will take over the job of theater editor and chief critic. Frank Sennett, editor of Time Out Chicago, said that he plans to hire a replacement for Vire, offering a rare job opportunity for a theater critic.
